I was living on autopilot, trying to survive places that dimmed my light, and realizing I had healing to complete. I paused. The world spun without me. I gave myself permission to be soft and to be still. My aim was to reclaim what had been scattered. I discovered that healing isn’t always loud; it’s a sacred, quiet process.


When I first started, I used journaling to create a soft space to land, reflect, and reset. Back then, I knew how to write. The quiet moments offered gentle support. They helped when I felt like I was starting over.
